Methodology overview for surgeons’ perception assessment: CT imaging data from a patient with metastasis in the left proximal femur was used to create a CAD model. Anatomical models were manufactured using three different technologies: Digital Light Processing (DLP), Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), and PolyJetting (PJ). Six surgeons conducted osteosynthesis procedures on anatomical models from all three technology groups. Surgeons’ performance and perception were assessed through a questionnaire that inquired about their experiences with each model
